Terms of service
1. Bookings
A booking is only confirmed once the airline issues a booking reference (PNR). Until then, fares and seats remain subject to airline availability and may change.
2. Fares and service fees
Displayed prices include the airline fare, taxes as quoted by the airline, and the New Era service fee. The service fee is non-refundable once a ticket has been issued.
3. Payment
Tickets are issued after payment is verified. We never store card numbers or CVV data on our systems.
4. Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation rules are set by the operating airline and the fare purchased. We will process permitted requests on your behalf; airline penalties apply.
5. Travel documents
Passengers are responsible for valid passports, visas and health requirements. Please ensure names match your passport exactly.
6. Liability
New Era Travelling Agency Limited acts as an agent for airlines and other suppliers and is not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by them.
