What we collect
Contact details, passenger names, dates of birth, passport information and booking history — only what airlines require to issue a ticket.
How we use it
To search fares, issue tickets, send confirmations and provide support. Passenger data is shared with the operating airline and no one else.
Payment data
Card numbers and CVV codes are never stored on our systems. Payments are handled by regulated payment providers.
Access control
Booking, passenger and payment records are protected by row-level access rules. Customers can only see their own records; staff access is role-based and logged.
Retention
Booking records are kept for as long as required by Nigerian tax and aviation record-keeping rules, then deleted.
